Vickers Testing Ontology (VTO)

PMD

Vickers Test Ontology (VTO) has been developed for representing the Vickers testing process, testing equipment requirements, test pieces characteristics, and related testing parameters and their measurement procedure according to DIN EN ISO 6507-1 standard. VTO v3.0.0 (2025.11.03) reused BFO, RO, PMDco V3.0.0-alpha4, NFDIcore V3.0.0 and MWO V3.0.0 ontologies.
